DELIVERY
At Temujanji, we offer worldwide delivery. For both local and international shipping, Citylink Express is our shipping partner. For local orders, please allow for 2 – 4 days from the day we receive the payment for you to receive the parcel. Meanwhile for international orders, the estimated time arrival will be within 14 working days. You can track your shipping by visiting Citylink Express website and entering your tracking number.
We process and ship all our orders on weekdays, with the exception of weekends and Public Holidays. Orders received on weekends and Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
RETURNS
To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied.
NO cash refund policy
There will be no monetary refunds will be given, though you will be offered store credit or exchanges.
Exchange only policy
Customer can only exchange items they wish to return, within 7 days after they receive the item. Exchanging is subject to an item for a different color or size if it is the same price or less. In order to do so, please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached and original packaging. Note that the discount items do not qualify for exchange. *Exchange is also subject to availability, and the buyers have to obey the flexibility of changing to another design that is available in our store.
